Can I contact the office and make a payment over the telephone?  
Sorry, no - unfortunately there is no way of taking payment over the telephone.

I do not have a computer; how can I place an order?
Call the office on 01788 542782  - cheque payments can be arranged, but this may take longer than online orders.

Can I have next-day delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next-day delivery. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days, with resources dispatched by the printers.

How much is P&P?
Packages are all actioned on the weight of goods, according to a tiered system, starting from £2.

Is there a minimum/maximum order?
There is no minimum or maximum, small and large orders are welcome. Please call the office for more clarification.

What time of day are orders delivered?
Normally Mon – Fri,  9-5 pm.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
This will be an average of 3-5 working days.
