It’s so good to be enjoying the summertime and I know many of you like myself will be on holiday over the next couple of weeks.

I want to share with you how some people spent some of their summer holiday.

There was a group of young adults that went out to share the good news and love of Jesus in four different locations around the country. They transformed those around them but they were also transformed themselves by the experience.

Lily from my church went and this is what she had to say. 

“Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. For I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.” Luke 10:23-24

We know a lot of you will be connecting with your bibles as you recharge and plan ahead and over the month. We’ve shared some great Bible-based resources on social media. Mark’s Gospel is a modern-looking resource to appeal to a younger audience. Listen to our readings on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Discover Bible Study App, booklet download, and book are great ways to access content on the go and share with friends or in a group. The Bible Series is a seven-part journey through the story of the bible for your whole church and has a Youth edition.
