The light season

Easter was amazing! In East London, I took a team out to chalk the streets and gave out over 400 Am I ALIVE newspapers.

I have now started the ALIVE series with a local group. It was great to have such deep conversations, and it's only week one!

Here in Hope, we’re saying a BIG goodbye to two of our team members, Dan Randall, our youth and young adults Director and Sue Jennens who has been my EA and Hope administrator. We’re celebrating all that they have contributed to the life of Hope as we bless them and send them off.

Join us in praying for them as they move on to new areas of service.

ALIVE is out there

ALIVE series is kicking off around the country and we are excited to hear all the stories from the launch!

Many of you promoted your ALIVE series at a local level this Easter. Our central campaign was seen over 650,000 times across search engines and social media and ranked top of Google for those searching for the ALIVE series over the Easter weekend.

In addition to flyers, over 36,000 newspapers were lined up to be given away. We even have a fab billboard that could be seen in a high-traffic area of Loughborough.

As wonderful as Easter is for most Christians, it can also be a hard time for some as they struggle with celebrations that bring up difficult memories. Our Hope in Hard Times booklet offers the hope of Jesus to people whatever their circumstances.
