Rise up!

Happy Easter

It’s a time to stop and focus on the death of Jesus, his amazing resurrection and all that we have received because of him.

Our latest research – Talking Jesus 2 – shows that 45% percent of the population still believe in the resurrection, with some believing more strongly and clearly than others, but this is nearly half the population ticking a box to say they believe.

We have some other good news today. Our Platinum Jubilee song has been wonderfully recorded with many choirs, singers and musicians and is ready for you to share.

Call to the Wild
Summer is in the air and we think it's going to be a wild one. Wild HOPE is the mission experience that empowers the World Changers. An effective evangelistic team needs a whole mix of people. Prayer warriors, worshippers, evangelists, social media experts and digital creatives, organisers and administrators, those who pastor others, those who are great with children and those with a heart for the poor. Most of all, it needs people with a heart for those who don't yet know Jesus. If you feel you fit the bill, or know anyone that does, sign up!

Our Happylands Platinum Jubilee book, published in partnership with The Entertainer and Hope for Every Home, is now also an animation! You can watch The Girl Who Grew Up To Be Queen on YouTube and share with a toddler in another format they enjoy. It's great way for the under fives in your community to be introduced to the Queen and her Christian faith. Order books and get all the resources on the site.

Your prayer habit

Hope For Every Home is supporting Youth for Christ’s Pray Through May this year. Bethan Lawler will be facilitating Just Pray on 22nd April (on Youtube, 8pm) as we pray for young people across the UK. We are praying specifically for young people who don’t know Jesus to have a life-changing encounter with him. Did you know our OIKOS Prayer app can now create subgroups for local prayer campaigns/groups ? It's a great way to pray together in your context. Check out all of our resources online including a new user guide, flyer and more!
